Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies

I was sent a complimentary sample of Quaker Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies through Influenster. I am writing my honest review and my opinion is my own and not influenced by anyone. Photobucket When I first opened the box I received from Influenster, the cookie was the first thing that caught my eye naturally. Being a pretty talented baker (at least I think so) I am always curious to try baked products that are put out by companies to compare to home made. So I was kind of skeptical about this becuase normally the cookies are hard, tasteless, and overly salty.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the cookie. I was very impressed with the fact that it is only 170 for the HUGE cookie. It's not one of those tiny cookies. I had the cookie with my coffee for breakfast and I am still full. The cookie was super moist, was easy to bite into, the raisins were plump, the oats were crisp, and you could taste a hint of cinnamon. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was a slight after taste of salt. If the sodium could be slightly reduced I honestly think you would have the most perfect cookie!

A few of the reasons why you should eat this cookie

* Although I tasted the sodium it is low. * The cookie is low in cholesterol. * Good source of Fiber. * The cookie is also whole grain.

So overall I would buy these cookies for my family. I have only tasted the Oatmeal Raisin. I would however love to try the other flavors. If you would like to learn more about Influenster please visit http://www.influenster.com

I hope you enjoyed the review as much as I really enjoyed testing the amazing cookie.
